- The quote for the bulldozer includes both quality assurance for the main equipment and remote video guidance for support.
- Warranty Period
- General Warranty: 1 year or 2000 operating hours (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery.
- Electrical Components: Warranty covers 600 hours or 6 months.
- Rubber & Other Parts: For parts like wipers, locks, seats, air conditioning, and hoses, the warranty is for 600 hours or 6 months.
- Track & Wear Parts: Components like tracks, rollers, sprockets, and blade parts are covered for 6 months or 800 hours in case of manufacturing defects. Other wear parts like ripper tips and blade corners are covered for 6 months or 600 hours.
- Free Training
- We provide complimentary training sessions via video link directly with the manufacturer, ensuring your technicians are fully equipped with the knowledge to operate and maintain the equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Language Support
- Currently, technical support and system interfaces are available in English only. However, we are open to working with suppliers to explore options for other languages like French or German, based on feasibility.
