Section 7 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

7.1 Applicable Law

These Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Privacy Notice are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of this Platform, or from any content or AI-generated output obtained through it, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concern or dispute informally and in good faith. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes will be referred to the applicable South African court of competent jurisdiction.

7.4 Relevant Legislation

This Platform operates in compliance with, and these terms are to be read alongside, the following South African legislation (as amended from time to time):
