October Birthday Promo — Terms & Conditions

t received in cleared funds, between 1 and 31 October 2026 (both days inclusive).

  • The saving is quoted in rands and applies to the machine unit price, excluding VAT, as stated on the signed purchase agreement.
  • Rippers, attachments, parts packages, shipping, insurance, duties and finance charges are not discounted unless expressly stated on the signed agreement.
  • One promo discount per machine unit. The promo discount is personal to the agreement and is not transferable to any other person, deal or machine.

    • 2. Pricing, savings and price basis

    • Rand prices and savings are indicative and recalibrate with live USD/ZAR exchange rates. The exact price and saving applicable to you are those recorded on your signed purchase agreement.
    • Once your agreement is signed and your deposit is received, your price and saving are locked for that agreement.
    • The advertised saving is calculated against our standard selling price for the same machine on the same basis. It is not a comparison against any other brand, seller or third-party price, and nothing in this promo is a price match or price-beating offer.
    • We make no representation about past, current or future pricing by any other supplier, and this promo creates no obligation on us regarding any other pricing.
    • We may correct obvious pricing, typographical or calculation errors. An error does not bind us to honour a figure that no reasonable person would understand to be the intended price.

    3. Quote validity

    • Quotes issued during October 2026 under code BDAY-OCT26 carry the promotional price until 31 October 2026 only.
    • Quotes not converted (signed + deposit received) by 31 October 2026 revert to standard pricing from 1 November 2026, without exception and without prior notice.
    • No quote is an offer capable of acceptance by you; a binding agreement exists only when we countersign the purchase agreement.

    4. Payment, cancellation and refunds

    • Standard payment terms: 30% deposit on signature, balance of 70% before shipping, payment via telegraphic transfer (T/T).
    • Cancellation: because machines are ordered and secured on your instruction, the deposit is non-refundable after signing, save where we agree otherwise in writing at our sole discretion. Where we do agree to a refund in our discretion, we may deduct reasonable administration, restocking, currency conversion and factory costs already incurred.
    • Failure to pay the balance or take delivery per the agreement may, per the purchase agreement, allow us to cancel and retain the deposit.

    5. Availability, delivery and lead times

    • Machines are allocated on a first-paid (signed + deposited) basis. The promo does not reserve, guarantee or prioritise stock.
    • Lead times and delivery dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. The promo is a pricing incentive only and does not alter delivery obligations, shipping terms or risk transfer.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping, customs, port congestion, supplier production or other events beyond our reasonable control.

    6. Product, warranty and specifications

    • Nothing in this promo alters the standard manufacturer warranty, which continues to apply per its own terms.
    • The promo does not create any additional warranty, guarantee of performance, fuel efficiency, uptime or resale value.
    • Specifications may be updated by the manufacturer; the specifications recorded in your purchase agreement prevail.

    7. Finance

    • If you intend to finance the purchase, finance approval is your responsibility. The promo does not include, imply or guarantee finance approval from any party.

    8. No combining and abuse of the promo

    • The promo cannot be combined with any other offer, rebate, volume discount or special arrangement.
    • Any attempt to obtain the promo discount through misrepresentation, duplicate applications, fictitious transactions, manipulation or fraud voids the discount on that transaction, and we may revert the transaction to standard pricing or cancel the agreement per its terms.

    9. Exclusion of liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, contract, downtime or data) arising from or connected to the promo or any promo transaction.
    • Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability connected to the promo is limited to the rand value of the promotional saving recorded on your signed purchase agreement.
    • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law.

    10. Withdrawal and amendment

    • The promo is a one-time promotion and will not be repeated or extended.
    • We may withdraw or amend the promo at any time for any reason (including material exchange-rate or supplier price movements) by notice on our website. Agreements already signed and deposited keep the promo price.
    • Should any clause be held invalid, the remaining clauses continue in force.

    11. Privacy

    • Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You may opt out of marketing at any time and request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information.

    12. Governing law

    • These terms and any promo transaction are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction, save where the signed purchase agreement specifies otherwise.
